There are two form of this valve, one is imported type which according to ANSI B16.34 and JISL1E101 standard, another is international type which according to JB3595 standard. They follow same temperature-pressure grade and exist certain interchange relation in some pipelines. In the middle part, pressure seal structure has good seal function at the high temperature and pressure situation. Self-seal ring has two kinds of material, one is low carbon steel, another is flexible graphite 316 thread (net). Welding base hard alloy on the seal surface, the processed pure metal layer?3mm. It has anti-abrasion, anti-high temperature, anti-causticity, anti-contusion function and has long service lifetime. The ends are welding structure, and the welding groove can manufacture according to standard or user’s requirement. It is applied to firepower power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other high temperature and pressure water, steam, oil pipelines.
